• Set Up Charge: $35(G)
  
  
• Proofs: Faxed or emailed proof are provided. Please provide an email address on your PO.
  
  
• Imprinting: Price on all products includes a one-color hot stamp imprint in standard foil colors: Black, Blue (PMS 280), Red (PMS 193), Green (PMS 349), Burgundy (PMS 209).
  *Note PMS numbers represent approximate foil color, not an exact match. We reserve the right to use offset printing or adapt variation of standard foil colors when appropriate.
  
  
• Unimprinted Products: Use next column pricing. Ships out next day.
  
  
• Production Time: Approximately 10 business days. Custom jobs generally take approximately four weeks. Production time is calculated from date art is approved. Please specify in-hands date on PO.
  
  
• Three to Five-Days Rush: add 20% to order. Must have factory approval.
  
  
• Combined Quantity Pricing: Permitted in the same product group when the imprint copy remains the same.
  
  
• Over/Under Runs: We try our best to ship an exact amount, but please allow a 3-5% over or under run.
  
  
• Returns or Cancellations: Cancelled orders will be charged for work in progress and material ordered. Unimprinted orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Imprinted products are not subject to return unless defective. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt and require approval and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from factory.
  
  
• Shipping: FOB Connecticut (zip code 06051). Normal shipping is UPS Ground. Claims for lost or damaged shipments are to be made directly to the carrier. Shipping errors must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. We cannot be responsible for discrepancies received by third parties.
  
  
• Shipping Accounts: Orders that are to be shipped and billed to a specific account number must include account number as well as correct billing address for said account.
  
  
• Action Pak Crayons - (add Coloring Book weight when calculating) Shipping Weights: 250 pieces = 16 lbs.


• Single Pak Crayons - Shipping Weights: 250 pieces = 15 lbs.
  
  
• Coloring Book - Shipping Weights: 250 pieces = 19 lbs.
  
  
• Drop/Split Shipments: A handling charge of $7.50(G) applies to each destination.

   ART INFO:

• Email Artwork to: art@coloringbookaction.com (4MB or smaller) or upload to our FTP site. Call for log on & password.
  
  
• Acceptable Image Types: EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, BMP, TIFF (600 DPI). Please do not send DOC, PPF, CDR files. All text and logo must be vectorized or turned to outline. We reserve the right to manipulate your artwork to provide the best imprinting quality of your logo (typeface sizes, line weights, etc.) Art should be in solid black with no grayscale or shadows.
  
  
• Art Charges: $40(G) minimum per half-hour. Art charges will apply if requirements are not met and any necessary alterations are involved in order to meet production standards. This includes excessive touch-up, reworking or cleaning up of your submitted art.
  
  
• Return of Artwork: Art is not returned unless requested on your P.O. at time of order.
